@Erik Whiting love your answer I am right there with you. I have 4 kids and I would be good with 4-5k a month living a very good "frugal" life If I didn't have mortgage on personal home 3k would be just fine.

Hi everyone, 

I am new to the real estate investing world and want to make sure I am making wise choices when it comes to taxes. Does anyone know of any good real estate accountants in or near Albany, OR? Our situation now is that we own a home in Oregon that we live in and rent on airbnb and we also have one one SFH and one duplex in Michigan.

Any advice would be awesome.
