Hey @Shane Blackshear - welcome to BP! I'm fairly new too.
How did your first duplex with you living in it work out? I'm curious in learning more about your experience with that in the Austin market since I'm working towards that goal.
I went to my first REI meetup in South Austin last week.
It's at Casa Garcia's Cantina @ William Cannon and Manchaca Rd on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. It's organized by @Guy Gimenez
