Hello, my name is Nathan Lilly. I am 20 years old and wanting to purchase my first investment property. I am looking to purchase near Memphis, TN. My credit is good (740), down payment isn't a problem, 2 year work history isn't all the way there, as I have a year and half. I have tried in house financing at a local bank and they said my credit history wasn't long enough. Banks are really not working out for me. I am wondering if anyone knows some private Investors around the Memphis area or some other creative ways to obtain a steady financing route.
