Hello fellow BP members! I have for the longest tried to brainstorm my road map to financial freedom through real estate and have decided to get everyones advice. Here is my situation I am 21 and have around 20k saved, currently majoring in finance and plan to obtain my financial freedom through multi family homes with a goal of early retirement by the age of 30 with a stretch of 35. With that information what do you guys think the best road map would be to achieve that goal?

I have not done much due diligence as I can't figure out were to start. the park has been left vacant for probably years. So there is no one occupying the property. The trailers were trash. I have spoke to someone on lot rents.

Hello fellow BP members. I have recently looked into purchasing a trailer park. The park has been let go and is very grown up with trashed trailers on the property. My plan is to clean up the park and take the test down trailers off the property and just rent out the pads that other trailer owners can put there property on. I would appreciate any suggestions or comments.

Here is my situation, I recently had a interview with Aflac to sell insurance and it sounds very appealing. I already have my insurance license and also my hours got cut to 10 hrs a week at my other job. I am in college have about a year and half left and want to relocate when I graduate and become a appraiser. My question is during school would it be smart to sell insurance or get a salary or hourly based job? My goal is achieve my financial freedom through real estate and when I relocate I plan to start investing. So I know I need to save alot which I have a decent amount saved, but im not sure which route will I be able to save more. Thank you guys for the help.

You could try lending club or prosper. I guess it really depends on how little credit you have. Each place or bank with have a different take.

Just fyi, 20% down doesnt account for escrows, title, clksing costs. Could be another 5-10k

The property is actually in amazing condition and its in a c+ neighborhood. Near Memphis its pretty average.

I have found a great deal in my county. The numbers put me at a 25% ROI! The problem is i can not get funding from a bank because i am 20 years old and don't have the credit history nor the full down payment it would take. I do not have anyone to privately invest. The owner is not willing to seller finance. This property is way to good to pass up.

Does anyone know a way i could secure this property?
