Getting pre-approved is the best way to know how much of a house you can purchase. Even if you have to go through the process again when you find a property to purchase, it doesn't hurt to know your budget.
Hey everyone! My name is Nathan Troyer - I'm a contractor and realtor in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
I mostly specialize in new home construction but I'm looking to diversify within real estate investment and explore flipping and buying/holding. I'm also thinking about expanding my real estate business to include renovation realty services that would allow me to assess a client's home, propose renovations that could add value, renovate the home, and sell it. This would allow me to not need to purchase the property, but still flip it for a profit while double-dipping and collecting a commission. Anyway...just kicking that idea around for now!
I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts for the last few months and I'm excited to meet folks on here, learn, and grow my businesses!
