New Member - Hi everyone!

Hey everyone!  My name is Nathan Troyer - I'm a contractor and realtor in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I mostly specialize in new home construction but I'm looking to diversify within real estate investment and explore flipping and buying/holding.  I'm also thinking about expanding my real estate business to include renovation realty services that would allow me to assess a client's home, propose renovations that could add value, renovate the home, and sell it.  This would allow me to not need to purchase the property, but still flip it for a profit while double-dipping and collecting a commission.  Anyway...just kicking that idea around for now!

I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts for the last few months and I'm excited to meet folks on here, learn, and grow my businesses!

Welcome Nathan! I think that is a great Idea! I think having both your contractors license and Brokers license would be a great value add with little properties on the market in Albuquerque you can will be able to show your clients properties that need work and give them peace of mind that it can be done within their budget. Good luck!
