I am trying to invest in a cheaper location because I live in Washington, should I invest in Oklahoma? Homes are very cheap there, and I think long term it would be a great investment.

I plan on doing that as well for my child. My neighbor owns 21 properties, and has 4 daughters. He said when it was time for them to go to college, they used the funds for that while the rest used that money to re-invest and use it for their business. It’s a great way to save money while your equity is going up

Is it a good time to ref/cash out? I thought about it bc the equity on my first property is great, I only had my second property for 8 months 

I would also love to hear about what has been working for you and your wife 😉. Both my properties are in Tacoma as well.
