Hi Account Closed - If you can cashout refi and the property will still cashflow, doing so could be a good move so you can access the equity. Just be sure you have a plan to put the money to work.

Is it a good time to ref/cash out? I thought about it bc the equity on my first property is great, I only had my second property for 8 months

I love the passive cash flow it provides and the opportunities it offers. I bought my second property in January, my loan officer is saying I should wait to buy another property in December but I have my eye on a duplex near me and I’m trying to figure out if I can refinance my first property in which I had for two years and get the cash out to purchase this duplex. My sister is willing to partner if she has two. She also has a property she can refinance and cash out on. What are your thoughts since you are more experienced?
