Hi Stuart,
We use Mark Buyers with Signal Property Management. He was recommended to us by several other local investors. I too am an out of state landlord and we've had a good experience with Mark.

Hello fellow BP investors,
I'm fairly new to real estate investing. I'm looking for my first property to flip. I'm doing my own marketing but am also interested in linking up with an agent who may be able to look out for deals on the MLS. I know great deals aren't found very often on the MLS but every once in a while you get that diamond in the rough. Does anybody have an agent that they've worked with who understands the needs of a real estate investor?

Hey BP Family,
I recently got my first Birmingham buy and hold property under contract. It's a for sale by owner. Can anyone recommend a solid title company to complete this transaction? Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello All,
My name is Nefertari and my husband and I are fairly new to the investing world. We're looking to purchase some distressed properties that we can rehab and then keep as rentals using the BRRRR strategy. Does anyone have an awesome contractor that they'd recommend? Any advice and or referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Jason, sorry for the late response. I'm looking to do the same thing. Did you ever get any info regarding a bank/lender for your refi?
