Thanks for the kind welcome. I definitely feel like I'm in the right place.

Howdy!

I'm Neil from Las Vegas.

I don't have a background in real estate, I've grown up in Las Vegas most of my life with short stints in Reno, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

My day job is as a motion graphics artist. My night job is as a dad and husband.

On my rare moments of down time I enjoy photography, traveling, college football/basketball, petting llamas and talking to my dog about the emotional benefits of barking less. In between all that, my wife and I run an AirBnB listing out of our little casita.

I'm looking to learn as much as I can about buy and hold real estate investing, either single family or multi-plex properties.

I found Bigger Pockets from their Kindle Book, The Ultimate Guide to Real Estate Investing.

Best regards,

Neil
