It is a downloadable breakdown of after repair value that I can’t seem to find.  Any ideas? 

I’ve learned soo much so fast ! Thank you !!  I’m growing my networking list! I have a contractor that has agreed to help me.  Two realtors has agreed to help me also.  One in my area and one in Atlanta! I’m constantly networking and passing out my business cards and driving for dollars, leaving my business cards and also going to start mail marketing and want to learn email marketing and text/phone ! I found three for sale by owners And one has agreed to my ideas. This is all in two/three weeks since listening to BiggerPockets and the help from you all!! It’s been life changing!

@Tim Herman wow ! Thank you! Just found the calculator! Im excited ! So how do I know the After repair value ? And how do you know the cost of each repair?

I’m also extremely new to wholesale. What tools would I use to crunch the numbers on a property I find.  Is there a preferred computer system that anyone suggests? Like I hear a lot about flippingmastery . Does bigger pockets have a system that does all that in one ? Sorry for the uneducated questions.  I just started a few days ago.    

What program do I need to buy to figure out if the houses I find are  Good deals or not? I’m new.
