Hello Everyone! I am interested in performing a Subject To deal, but I wanted to know what are the most profitable exit strategies? Or does it depend on the deal ? Is anyone able to provide a personal example of a deal they've made using subject to and their exit out the deal?

Hey Dan G. Did you ever find out if it's legal in your area? And did you go through with it? I also want to do a similar deal in NY. All the best!

Hello Everyone! I am curious about probate investing and I am currently trying to find as much information as possible on the subject. So I went to the county court to locate properties that are on probate but no one knew what I was talking about. Maybe I have the wrong lingo? ... list of absentee owner, records of properties on probate or notice of petition to administer of estate ? Is anyone from Northern NJ who has tried this method give a little bit of insight? I've tried looking online and nothing.
