Hello BP.

I began driving for dollars in my local community. It was so much fun! I found 9 potential properties. After researching the county assessor website I want to reach out to 3 of the owners.

Any tips on how I can structure a direct mail request?

I am a Pathologist/ Physician assistant and have intentions to attend medical school. I want to invest in real estate to fund this career path.

I purchased my first 2/2-1050-sqft SFR, in Riverside, Ca last year and enjoying the positive cash flow. I'd like to use my current income and credit worthiness to find potential partners/ Investors to start building a portfolio.

Hi, Id like to thank everyone for taking the time for discussion. There is a wide range of experience on this form and I value everyone's opinion. This has been very helpful.

I'd like to hold on to property as I see the city making very positive moves towards infrastructure. the city is expanding and I see rent rising every month.

The property is 100% mine. I came up with deposit ect.

Thanks for you time/ reply Joel

Property was purchased last May, so not even a year yet. Probably $30-$40k in equity.

My parents live across the street from property and I wanted them to help manage while Im in school. I thought it was a good idea but my dad is all negative.

Thanks again for the comments!

Hi, my name is Frank. I'm in a situation where I will be heading out of state for school for two years. My father has a negative view on renting out and managing my SFR.

I'd like to start a discussion on what can be done to convince him otherwise.

Hi, my name is Frank Alexander. I am a working as a Pathologist Assistant. I am working on a real estate portfolio and looking to build a web site. Campus.rentals. I want my niche to be tailored towards properties near academic universities and teaching hospitals on a national level. I understand there are existing web sites but I would like to dominate the niche and provide a one stop service for both Land Lords and professionals scouting for local rentals.

I am looking for partners to help build the site and I’d like to receive feedback on this proposal……
