I think I am the one that told you about insiderscash and another co. Their rates are high. As I said in my note to you, I didn't have any personal experience with them. I was just told about them along the line. Glad you got good feedback about their fees up front. Helps me to know never to bother with them either. Looks like you made a good contac though with Chris! I wish you much success!

Welcome to BP I am also a fairly new newbie! I used to live in Richmond so when you said Warwick and Hull it took me back lol... The wording looks correct Proof of Coverage, I guess it depends on the area mine would say Certificate of WC Insurance Coverage... I think it amounts to the same thing. As for your crane operator, it seems they are covered by the " All operations and Drivers" clause. Hope this helps.

In addition to the wonderful florida insurance advice you got, be careful of your flood zone area in jax. You do not want to get properties that would be considered a flood zone. Higher insurance prices, higher deductibles (even with a flood policy) AND always remember previous hurricanes... If an insurance co. can get away with loopholes to not pay you THEY WILL.

I know you are not directly connected to the coast line, but you have a large body of water that feeds to the Atlantic. Remember so far this year most of the storms have headed up the east coast. Just food for thought! Good Luck!
