Does any one know if rent stabilization applies in a 6 unit build in NYC with the owner living in 1 of the 6 and renting out 5 units?

I have come across this site which has a ton of search url's, I can't remember where I found it, and it may have been right here.

Happy hunting.

I won an eviction by default in NJ my question is does the court decision go on the tenants credit report?

If it is suppose to go on the credit report automatically how does that happen because the court does not use the ss# on the paperwork only name and address.

Do I have to follow up and do something?

We have not finalized the process so at this time there is no small claim for money just an eviction with a warrant of removal scheduled.

Any ideas on this?
