Hello BP members,

My name is Newt, and I'm from Kansas City, MO. I'm very new to real estate investing, so I'm still learning a lot of the jargon and real estate protocols. I'm hoping to learn from investors who are into rental properties and also flipping multi-family units via a mentorship or shadowing opportunity or even just over lunch. I've read a lot of good information out there, and I hope to continue learning from you all. :)

 -newt.

Hi Everyone!

My name is Newt, and I currently reside in Pittsburgh, PA. I'm fairly new to the real estate business and investing, but I'm particularly interested in flipping houses. I do have a full-time job, but I'm hoping to find some colleagues to learn, grow, and work with on the side. I do not own any properties at the moment, but I am working with a real estate agent to explore some potential fixer uppers. For the vets out there, what advice/warnings would you give for those interested in flipping (particularly for the state of Pennsylvania)?

Pleasure meeting you all!
