@Jill F. I know this sounds bad, but maybe hire a private detective who will get proof. And use that evidence. Or, and this sounds crazy lol but tell them if they keep selling, your tacking on $250 to the rent as hush money, and have them sign a contract to start fixing up the house ASAP. “Traffic” people are bad people, but why not use that to an advantage? They make a lot of money and make it fast lol

@Ashley Boyd if it was my own money? If I had 300K? I would find 3 properties that would be rented, use the money from rent to open the business I’ve always wanted, money from that pays my keeper house, while flipping keeps bank going. *sips coffee with pinky high* lol

@Marvin Meng my landlord takes PayPal lol he also has an llc. Which he empty PayPal into all the time. Those the ways I can think of if your in another state or have multiple properties. I hope this helps! Let me know what you find.
