Good afternoon everyone,

My wife and I are looking to pursue our journey towards financial freedom. We currently live in a one-bedroom apartment with a baby on the way. We're looking to move into a home early next spring. With the benefit of utilizing the VA Loan because of my service in the military, how should I go about starting our real estate flipping empire, but also moving into our long term home?

I just left my long time position at Home Depot and accumulated a pretty big sum of money. Without transferring my money to my new job and suffering penalty fees, what would be the smartest decision to make with my money?

Need in depth advice on what financial portals would be best to help me possibly save up for my first rental property. I currently have a household income of 42k, and looking to save up short term (roughly 6-8 months) to purchase real estate. I’ve been looking into Money Market Accounts, but skeptical on the fact that I could lose my money while I’m trying to save. Any advice would be truly appreciated. Thank you!

The housing market looks to be pretty promising with the potential mortgage rates going down to as low as 4%. This is a time where I wish I was back in the states and not in Afghanistan.

This blows me away because I’ve been following his YouTube channel for months being overseas now. I’m a lost for words.

@Gary Crawford

Thank Mr. Gary for this awesome story. I’m currently deployed in Afghanistan, but will be home in 5 months. My brother and I are determined to pursue the opportunities residential real estate investing has to offer. I’m 30 and my brother is 28, so we’re focused on the longevity this journey could bring us wealth wise and knowledge. The story has real lit a flame under me, and I thank you again!

Stay blessed,

@Matt Leber

Matt,

I really appreciate you getting back to me. The area I live in when I get back from my deployment is growing, so there is definitely potential. I’ll look into agents for sure to guide on the hotspots. Hiring an agent was definitely something I was aware to do, so thank you for that prop of knowledge.

@Anthony Bellesbach

Thanks Anthony for getting back to me promptly. I’ll definitely looking into formulating a reliable strong team of the positions you mentioned. Now, to be straightforward you think it’s possible to start up with $7,000 and what would be your realistic number of units you would want to shoot for within a year?
