@Quinyana Mosley, I am started 4 months now you will need to learn how to analyze deal, get an agent, have your finance ready, find home an inspector and a Property Manager. You can watch Brandon Turner YouTube videos, connect with persons on BP who are doing the same thing than you want to do. That’s what I did and now I’m under contract for a property since yesterday.
