Much appreciation for the thread Huy.  I think it was a great idea doing seller financing and might be interested in your contractor info at a later date.  If you don't mind giving it out, of course.  Good luck in the future.

Just wondering where you ended up with this issue.  I'm in a similar situation and looking for options.  Mine is slightly different as there is no mortgage to pay, but a wish for payment of some of the equity.
