Hi,

I have no previous real estate experience. I'm wondering what I should be looking for to invest in rental properties for cash flow. I'm just wondering what I should be looking for in a good trade for properties on Zillow or apartment investing.

Hi,

I'm new to flipping raw land. My question is what am I looking for on Zillow or any other platform to make sure that the raw land flip is a good deal? I have no real estate experience. I know that I need to have 15-20% down upfront.
