Hey, Ben! That is a great question and would depend on a few things. For FHA you will be paying MIP and for conventional you could put down 3-5% and pay PMI. Honestly just depends on a couple different things but usually FHA has a better interest rate. Let's connect and talk more about what you are looking to do!

Hey guys! I get asked all the time what DTI is but even more so what it means. DTI is what standard for "Debt to income" ratio. Essentially it is the amount of total monthly liabilities you have divided by your gross monthly income. Obviously the less debt and more income the better! A golden rule is you don't want to exceed 50% DTI. Hope this helps! Reach out with any questions

I’m here in a suburb just outside of Cleveland, OH. I raised my rent $100 and someone jumped on it. It wasn’t too much because my rent was already $100 above market due to it being turn key in a hot market!

David Streeter in Cleveland! He is outstanding

An FHA loan is a government loan through Fannie Mae that is mostly geared towards first time home buyers.

Some lenders vary on minimum credit score, avg being a minimum of 620 credit score

3.5% down

DTI ultimately up to the underwriter, but should be ideally no more than 50%

Must be owner occupied!

Hope this helps!
