Hello Andrew, I see you are living in 29 Stumps:) I graduated from High School in Twentynine Palms! I hope you invested in a dirt bike to help the time go by out there:)
I pulled out a HELOC to jumpstart my investing career. I would say “Do” use a HELOC to secure cash flowing buy and hold rental properties. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss in more detail if you would like.
