I was doing applications for a rental unit and ended up talking to a company that wanted to rent out a unit under the company as part of their employee benefits/salary. Anyone with experience have things they wished or did put in their lease specifically for this situation (renting to a company that put an employee in the unit, but changed employees every so often)? They have done employee housing before for a few locations/states, and say they typically have someone in there for about a year or two before they are switched out. I will have to do some editing to the contract so I wanted to make sure I don't miss anything that could cause issues or problems later on.Thanks to all who help me avoid something obvious or costly.

I am new to the area and investing. I didn't see anything with regular meetups for Cheyenne. I was looking to get to know the people in the area as well as the market and investing a little more. Does anyone know or a part of any group meetups? My wife and I just bought our first property and where looking to get involved in the community.
