Hello,

I am starting a Multifamily Syndication. I have my business plan with my criteria, already have my LLC, just need to build my team and need someone who can guide me because this one-man team does not work.

Need help underwriting, analyzing properties So I know what is good or not before I bring it to my investors.

Feel free to reach out. nmevertz@gmail

Thank you.

I would say narrowing down your investment criteria will help you determine which states and cities to invest. For instance, I'm currently working on creating my criteria and focusing on selecting the top 5-7 land lord friendly states. Within those states then analyze the top 3-5 emerging markets based on demographics, employment, current trends and the critical factors.

Finally rank them all and you'll have a better idea where to go.

I hope you find that helpful. Good luck.

Greetings,

I am an aspiring multifamily RE syndicator. I have not done any deals, so one of my major barriers is my lack of experience. I was thinking of creating like a website for potential investors, that way I can at least provide knowledge regarding apartment investment, markets, finance, etc. That way I can set some credibility.

Also, is it a good idea to partner with a residential real estate broker and use that track record to potential investors?

Thank you for your time.

Antonio Artusa,

I'm in Huntington, Long Island. I'm starting to draft a pitch book/business plan for a multifamily investing firm I will start.  I believe is very important to stay motivated and have others keep you accountable.Let's all help each other accomplish those big dreams and goals.

It's funny because the podcasts are great and encouraging but towards the end of them I'm very negative in my head because I can't still get one property and see other investors are buying multiple properties at a time. I start to get discouraged.
