@Percy Matsunaga yes feel free to give me a call Pm with the time you would like to talk so that why i've got it and add to my calendar. @Justin Ho i also agree legal zoom only seems to do gernal knowledge which is okay but the best way is to get your state specific information.

@Percy Matsunaga what do you plan on using the attorney for ? Could you be more specific if you are looking for a real estate attorney Which it seems like you are. I would look for a specialized one that deals with real estate on a daily basis. I'm not to familiar with legal zoom but i now they offer a lot of services and try to upsell. I know this because when i formed my llc I looked into them and after it was all said and done it wasn't a cheap as they advertise and i chose to go with a lawyer who deals with asset protection as his primary focus and it ended up being less expensive and IMO set up better.

update from 3 months ago. I will be closing on my first deal from a person I had meet because of BP. Looking forward to what else will be coming up as i'm working towards getting my own place to house hack to get my feet wet with investing in Multifamily buildings before I work towards larger commercial buildings.

This is something I have thought about getting into but never did look to much into it. What would are some good sources to gain some knowledge to better understand Mobile homes and how the whole process works.
