Traffic is horrible on i-10

I have been having an issue with a person who continues to trespass after being arrested numerous times and being told not to trespass he continues to do so. I am trying to clean the property up and this is hindering my ability to do so. The police say its only a misdemeanor any suggestions on what to do?
Depending on where your properties are located my father, Stephen Leonard, owns Pelican Realty and manages rental properties for clients and our family portfolio.

Sorry @Michael Mullins , @Shane Hedeen@Joshua D.  that it has taken me so long to get back to y'all. School has been keeping me busy and on weekends all I've done is work on the property. In this particular one it was owned by a family member and I had one of the 2 owners give up there share as a donation, so I was able to get it for a steal. My financing was assisted with my father @Stephen Leonard who is an investor and on BP as well.  Since closing I have painted it and started re doing the bathroom and kitchen I'm putting in granite countertops in for 2k. I'm redoing the bathroom new vanity tub surround flooring 1k I'm also putting in central A/C which will be right at around 6k. Most oft he house has parquet flooring which will be kept for now since it is in great condition. I've got about 500 in paint material and sweat equity for the labor, right now. So all in I have about 10k into the renovations. We are close enough to completing, with AC being done next week, that we will be listing it for rent at $1,100 a month. My father and I have a flip contracted right now and I'll be making a post about that as soon as we close, which, will be this Friday.

I now have my first rental property, took me several weeks longer than what I set my goal at but that's okay !! This will be a buy and hold investment property. I purchased a single family home which I was not planning on doing but the deal was to good to past up. I will be painting it and putting in central Ac. I am only 20 years old if I can do it so can you good luck to everyone!
