No but this does make sense. 

Be sure to make the contractor take you to examples and clients of work he has done this has been something we have not done but once we finally did we started to get way more reliable contractors.

We only use MLS acquisitions and to date have only ever bought 2 wholesale deals and didn't like the outcome of the numbers on them. Of course it depends on your market and your area but thankfully there area deals to be had here in Chicago and in NWI.

We did a mailing here in Indiana to 250 people with over 50% of them addressed return to sender. Was not impressed at all with the outcome of the mailing.
