So you need private investor? 

Good info! Private investors are a for sure game changer! Seeking them out has been nearly impossible but we have been able to have them find us!

It will vary by market seeing as our Indiana market is so investor flooded but Chicago area is a bit more spread out but numbers can be harder to track. 

The relationship is what most of us RE investors desire in our market! 

Most people don't take the time to network so maybe the calls would be worth it or have your agent network for you cause he can make a percentage of other agents commissions. 

You should find a local agent that specializes in working with RE investors. 

Call a local mortgage broker or company and ask them I know a company near me that is always looking to train new people. Some of them make very good money for the time they actually spend working! Now is a great time to get in that business! 

We are looking for an agent that would like to work with a flip company as a agent on the buy and the sell side. Anyone have any recommendations? 

You can use a handwritten looking font that may save you time. Maybe handwrite a few and track your response rate on the different methods.
