@Jaden Adams backpacking in Europe, I dropped out. That was after some time with deep and purposeful psychedelic use and a lot of time walking across the continent. The decision was not taken lightly, and I was near your age.

Personally, I find it to be one of the worst money pits, and I had a full ride!

Alan watts says to go on doing things you dont like doing in order to go on doing things you dont like doing is stupid. I happen to agree. Life is right now, it isnt something that starts 4 years from now.

But to tell you dropping out is the best decision would be foolish as it's going to depend highly on your personality, work ethic, mental aptitude. It's a personal decision. It's also totally reasonable to know dropping out doesnt inhibit future success in the least, if you have your head on right and become a student of life.

@Nathan G. Sounds to me like that guy had murdered a bunch of people and found just the right guy to give the murder weapons to!

@Ned Carey if possible I'd invest before paying off that CC debt. You could position yourself such that the investment property has enough equity that you could get a Heloc on the property and then refinance all your debt, car, cc, etc into a 30 year mortgage that a renter pays for. They key to successfully doing this is to stop doing whatever caused you to be carrying credit card debt. The caveat to credit card debt would be, it is a valuable resource when interest free for a time period, free money is excellent.

The message: if you buy right, you can restructure debt and have someone else paying for it.

@Matt Bonestroo yep! I've listened to everything Frank Rolfe has ever said, although I do not yet own a park...actively looking, the CASH program from 21st is a very appealing concept for filling lot vacancies with a solid product.
