I am currently expecting to move to the Hollywood, FL area. I have one rental in Baltimore MD and wanted to keep investing. Would I be best suited to learn the Miami-Dade, Broward County or long distance invest back home? You can get a house all in for around 70K and get around 1400 in rent easily (not in a war zone.) in Baltimore. Also, are there any good REIAs in South Florida?
