@Erik Estrada It is too new of a mortgage right now. Fairly tight on margins after closing on the refinance.

@Garrick Allen the new deal looks straight ahead. Rehab doesn't seem likely just small repairs. I'll have eyes on it soon

@Garrick Allen That's my goal. I just closed on a house earlier this year that's decently under market value and I would like to pull a HELOC out if possible to get into another deal that just popped up for me.

Does anyone have a lead on a lender that will provide a Heloc on a DSCR loan under $100k? This would be for a property in Missouri.
