Does anyone have a lead on a lender that will provide a Heloc on a DSCR loan under $100k? This would be for a property in Missouri.

@Nick Haynes it is a lot tougher to get a HELOC on an investment property.

I suggest you don't call int a HELOC when asking for it. A HELOC is a HOME Equity Line of Credit. It is not your HOME, it is an investment property.

Even if the bank offers a credit line against an investment property the may not call it a HELOC. If you ask for a HELOC they may tell you they can't do that. Yes some bankers are actually that dumb.
