I am nearing completion of my real estate broker course work. I am in the process of looking for a broker to hang my license with here in Denver.  My situation is I've been a teacher for 7 years and I am looking for a company that will help my with my buy and hold real estate investments as well as sometime down the line transition to a full time  agent. I know going from a teacher to a real estate agent is pretty cliche but I would like to see if there are any recommendations for offices here in Denver that fit what I am looking to do.  Thanks!

Hi, my name is Nick and I am from Denver, Colorado. I have been a long time lurker on BP and have decided it's finally time to get interactive with the site. I moved to Denver from Casper, Wyoming two years ago after living there my entire life. During the day I am a middle school teacher and basketball coach.  I still have a couple  buy and hold single family properties back in Casper and I recently closed my first deal here in Denver. I am working on getting my real estate license here in Colorado to help further my real estate investing. I am looking forward to soaking up all the knowledge this site has to offer. Thanks!
