Daniel Gonzalez Well, Daniel, I am hoping to soak up any knowledge that successful investors are willing to share, and I would love to chat. I'm only a short trip from Hoboken as I work in Manhattan. Would you be able to meet on either side of the river during the week? Sean Champion Thank you for the welcome!

James Wise Thank you! Mike Floris Appreciate the welcome aboard. Would love to meet over coffee. I work in Manhattan, so I may not be able to get to the Princeton area until 8p on weeknights. Happy to meet on a weekend if it's feasible.

@David Putz Interesting to hear of your investment strategy, and I would love to learn more about various ways one could be involved with real estate investments. Love to have a quick phone call and schedule a time to meet in the area!

@Yuriy Skripnichenko

Happy to find the time to get together, thank you for the warm welcome! What is the best way to contact someone outside of the public forum?

Good morning BP,

My name is Nick, and I reside in central NJ, just south of Princeton. I'm pushing thirty years old and my background is in corporate finance and valuation. Currently consulting in business development for e-commerce brands. Really interested in learning from the BP community and networking in my area, as well as attempting to attend meetings with a Real Estate Investment Association.

I've done some reading through the more popular topics on the site, and I'm currently listening through all of the podcasts, but while actually partaking in the investment is something that I've yet to do, I understand the analysis from a cash flow perspective because of my background, and have built models in excel to analyze potential investments (though I'll likely leverage this site's Pro tools for the reports and PM's).

If there is anyone in this area that would like to meet and chat over coffee or a beer, I'd love to get familiar with people by me. Anyway, thank you in advance for the incredible network and insight.

Cheers,

Nick
