Hello, I've been on and off here for years but I am committed to using the forums and resources on a more consistent basis this year. I have done flips, BRRR, rentals, lease options, wholesale deals, multi units, consulting and now in the process of my first development deal. I am looking to expand my network and knowledge and help others do the same. I currently have cash partners looking for great investments to park our cash mainly BRRR properties and multi units if possible. I am always looking for more deals and development opportunities especially if it is within a 1-2 hour range of Chicago, New York or Salk Lake City Utah on the development side. Properties are nationwide but I prefer to stay away from any areas that are less than C+ at this particular time. I host a Podcast and I am always learning from interviewing new people. I would love to meet more successful, innovative and inspirational people through this site to interview as well. Looking forward to the relationships and experiences to follow this year!
