I have not done a deal with Jake yet. He is a lender that I have spoken to many times.I have found have him to be knowledgeable and honest (he has told me before that a deal is not a right fit for him). I have gotten a few term sheets from him for deals.

@Svend W. Two local lenders that I can highly recommend for commercial financing (5+ units) are Marquette Bank and Royal Bank. If you would like me to provide more info and contacts please send me a DM.

I use Venmo. My tenants are usually familiar with it and like to use it. It is easy to keep track of payments from different tenants. You can transfer the money into different bank accounts if needed. You get your money faster than some of the other free rent payment sites as well.

I have used several companies over the years. I have been disappointed by many of them. Most recently I have used Beautiful Finishes for about 15 tubs. I spoke with Scott K and my technician was Omar. No chipping or peeling after a few months. They are competitively priced. You get what you pay for.
