Ryan, its unfortunate that you aren't able to use these educational tools to their full advantage. Try using them and you'll be able to pay off that education rather quickly. Calling coach Greg a conman was probably a misunderstanding, he teaches the way he does because he wants as many people as possible to learn how to start their real estate investing careers while he teaches you about changing your mindset thus leading you a step closer to financial freedom. In my case, I've seen coach Gregory three times in the past, the third time me and my family purchased the advanced training, four classes plus a mentor. The classes themselves are overflowing with information, the classes were very fun and informative and I enjoyed attending each. When the time came, we had our mentor 2 months ago and she kicked my butt so hard that really got me going further in my business and because of that kick I'm able to do more. In my case, the real estate business is very easy for me because I can make my own hours and I get to do a variety of things, although overwhelming its very fun. I've had a fairly aggressive brain tumor when I was 10, I'm 20 now and I wouldn't have a chance to work an actual job due to my condition. I thank Coach Greg everyday that he has introduced the wonderful world of real estate to me and my parents because after finishing high school I honestly had no idea what I was going to do and coach has shown me the way. Apart from that, you are very mistaken for calling Robert Kiyosaki a sham, I've met so many people who are able to make something of themselves all thanks to those books. Its unfortunate that you think this education is crap and I really do hope you find the right direction to conquer your life and reach financial freedom. Best of luck.

Hey all, my name is Nicholas Miaskowski, I'm 20 and just starting my RE business in Chicago. I've done mobile home deals and currently am buying more and more, I currently have 5 in stock. I work with my parents as a team and we are starting to get into Wholesaling. We have been doing direct mail, driving for dollars and we also have been doing probates. However I do have a question, how does everyone organize themselves? What we do is make spreadsheets of all the properties we are sending letters to, we've been getting letters forwarded back to us and its just really challenging to organize that information. We have so many spreadsheets that we've made and its getting pretty overwhelming. How does everyone do it? Any answers would be very much appreciated!!
