Post: How to hire lead manager VA for wholesaling

I have put together all the resources I need to get started with wholesaling, but with a full time job and long hours I can't take care of inbound calls, does anyone have resources on hiring a lead manager that could nurture my leads and set appointments while I work my job?

Hello everyone,

I'm getting started with wholesaling in California  and I've been doing my research to find title companies (as suggested by most content I find online about wholesaling), but , I've seen mostly escrow companies being recommended by other investors for wholesaling in California (and some investors still recommend title companies).

My question is: Is there a difference between title companies and escrows when it comes to wholesaling in California? Which one should I use?

Thank you!

Hello investors,

I'm getting started in wholesaling and I need to find a good title company that can handle contracts of assignment and double closes, I'm located in Los Angeles.

Any recommendations?

Hello investors,

I'm one of the beginners getting into wholesaling, I'm located in California, do I need any kind of license to get started? Also are there any recommended title companies?

Thank you,

Nicolas Sartor
