Hello BP members. I just joined and this is my first post. I've been a broker for 7 years on the Northside of Chicago and absolutely love every aspect of real estate. I live, work, play and am an expert in Logan Square and surrounding areas. I have 1 investment property and work with a lot of investors and now I want to start aggressively investing myself and learning more about creative financing and tax strategies to benefit me and my clients.
