Wow thanks everyone for the warm welcome!  I've been on lots of forums before, but this one has been the warmest welcome.

@Dan Mackinhopefully not as I have 2 young kids and moving with them SUCKS!  :-)  So I'll need to get creative, but that's why I'm here.

@Jean Bolger Thanks!  I definitely feel pretty new as all the terminology is still foreign to me.  But I guess you have to start somewhere, and I want to take it seriously now.

@Mark Nolan Thanks, happy to be here!

@Linda Weygant I'll probably pop in here and there.  I have a day job so its tricky, but I'd love to meet everyone in the community.

@Bill S.thanks!  Will do!

@Jamal White - I'm 20% of the way there... ;-)

Hiya everyone!  I'm new to BiggerPockets, and a relatively green investor.  I own 3 homes, two I rent and one I live in.  I've managed to acquire all my properties by living in them first and just not selling them when I moved out.  My goal is 10 properties, but at this pace, I'll never get there!  So I'm interested in learning more about being a professional investor.

Anyway, thanks, and looking forward to learning all I can!
