Michaela, I'm not looking close to where I live because I know there would be nothing available in my price range. The city has much more options and rental ability.

Hi!  Can anyone give me some good areas in Atlanta for rentals. I'm trying to stay in the $100k max range.  Specifically, I'm looking for a good location in a safe area with good rental potential.  

Conversely, if someone can also tell me which areas/streets to absolutely stay away from.

I'm looking for an experienced realtor that works with investors to help me find investment properties in the Atlanta area. I would prefer someone that mostly works with investors and can help analyze potential investments. Any recommendations? Thanks!
