I live in the Nashville area and have been getting feedback from investors that they're fed up with working with wholesalers. Has that been your experience? If so, tell me more! Hi everyone! I’m Nina, a dispositions agent with Canvas Forum Real Estate Brokerage, based in the Nashville, TN area.

I work primarily with investors to help identify, acquire, and optimize residential and multifamily properties using a strategic, data-driven approach. I genuinely love analyzing deals, understanding market trends, and helping my investors build their portfolios. 

I’ve been following BiggerPockets since 2021, when I was learning how to purchase my first investment property (I purchased an LTR in 2022). Now that I'm an agent, this is my first time jumping into the forums and I’m excited to connect and collaborate with investors on this platform.
