@John Brito that depends on your ROI. Is it worth your time to do this? Do you feel capable and willing to take the time to do it? We refinished our hardwoods ourselves and saves thousands. It taught us what to look for in terms of quality and it was worth our time when we did it. But what's your time worth to you?
Happy renting!
