Hello Austinites,
I'm looking for recommendations for a good title company that has reasonable fees. I'm applying for a cash-out refi for a SFR in Round Rock. The bank allows me to shop for a title company so I figured why not. If you know of one that fits the bill please let me know. Thanks!

Wow. No takers? This could be the first forum post on BP that didn't benefit from the expertise of the member pool!

I should add that the consultation would be for my parents, who live in Houston TX. A CPA located in Houston would be even better, but this is not a deal breaker of course.

Hello experts,
I'm looking to consult with a CPA familiar with tax implications of selling property in another country, specifically in India. Someone familiar with tax implications in both countries (India and US) would be ideal. Any recommendations?
Thanks!

Hi @Ben Andrews. I'm looking for the same exact thing and wanted to spare the community another forum post asking the same question. If you got in touch with RE attorneys that worked out well for you, I'd appreciate any recommendations. I'm here in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego. Hope to run into you at one of the local meetups some time. Thanks!
