In PA, when going to a Tax auction all leans are free and clear, is it the same for a foreclosure?  I am targeting a specific area that has great rental potential, an area I know family has over 40 units.  In the tax auction not many properties are coming up, but for foreclosures, tons.  So what should I keep a close eye on, or investigate deeply when trying to acquire a foreclosure auction property.

Hi everyone,

Excited about become an active member on BP's. Looking forward to connect with like minded individuals around my surrounding area. My long term goal is to obtain 15-20 rental units + in the next 5-8 years. Have been researching real estate for many years, at my current age of 36 I am now ready to move forward with my initial investment using the BRRRR strategy. I hope to get to know many of you, and potentially do business together. Feel free to reach out.
