Hello BP! I am brand new to the community and I wanted to introduce myself. I joined about a month ago after listening to numerous podcasts. I also bought a few book mentioned in the podcast and on this site. I'm 22-years-old, from Scottsdale, AZ. I'm here to learn as much as I can and meet some experienced investors. I'd love to meet a mentor in my city or even on the site. I am very hard working; I work full time and go to school part time. My goal is to buy my first house before I turn 23. I'm mostly interested in cash flow. Having some rental properties which cash flow is my ultimate goal. I look forward to getting to know everyone and learning more about the site and what it has to offer. Thanks for your time!
