By connecting with others, I am hoping to achieve knowledge of how to house hack initially. I a would like to buy a multifamily property in the coming years so I can live in one half and rent out the other. This would be a good introduction for me to understand what it's like to be a landlord and figure out the positives and negatives that come with investing in rental properties.
