@Seth Williams That makes a lot of sense. I'm working on finding a hard money lender and asking them about their policies on this issue. I think a HELOC might work for one of the units, but I'm looking more in that as well. Thanks for the input.

Seeking to purchase multiple units within a Condominium Complex.  

Will a conventional loan or a hard money lender front the capital to purchase multiple units under a single loan?

Will a bank allow a single loan for multiple units?

Will an FHA loan allow this?
