I recently made the decision to part ways with a GC we were using on a house. I had paid out 3 invoices and he has purchased some material. I am looking for advice on making sure I cover all my bases with this separation.

Our REI company is in the process of launching a website and I am looking for ideas on what to include. Do not want to miss anything. Any ideas are appreciated. FYI we buy, flip, sell. Always looking for properties and investors. Also putting together plan for a contractor portal for bid purposes.

Just started out with a REI Co as a PM. Looking for some advice with handling subs. What is everyones feeling toward GC vs Subbing Out? The issue is that I can oversee the subs on several houses, but we have so many right now Im not sure I can handle them all. Let me know what everyone thinks.
